WAGAMA, LLC was founded in 2020 with the goal of buying, rehabilitating, and reselling residential property in our local, Massachusetts communities. Our three founders have ambitions to be one of the regions leading residential redevelopment companies, with a reputation for providing affordable, high-quality housing that increases the value and livability of our entire region.

Co-Founder

CHARLES GREENE
Co-Founder
Charles has nearly 30 years of experience in strategy, communications, and market research, having started his career working with some of the biggest brands in consumer products. Raised in Ohio, but transplanted to Massachusetts to attend Harvard in the late ’80s, Charles has focused much of his more recent work on education, social media, and social justice marketing efforts. Known by his friends as Chuck, he and his wife purchased their first property in Cambridge in the late ’90s, renovating and reselling it to pay for their graduate degrees.

For many years, our team of experts has contributed to the company’s most coveted projects. Jamie Lane is a respected industry figure and has been instrumental in raising the AAA Real Estate profile. We are proud to have them on the team.
